The interview process was a mix of phone and Skype interviews. The final interview was a panel interview in the office. I talked to a Talent Acquisition Specialist first, then my future boss (HR Director) and then a Marketing Manager. Overall, the interview process was thorough and made me even more excited about the job. I was super thrilled after the panel interview when offered the job - I accepted immediately. Ends up the people on my panel interview were my future team members - this gave them (and me) a chance to see if we would be a good fit for each other.
