I took a very long personality test and then was called and met for a one-on-one interview. I sent a thank you note. I never heard from the Manager. I left several messages over the course of 10 days before I finally reached her. She said she had not interviewed enough people to make a decision. That was 3 weeks ago. We discussed that I was over qualified for the job--but, I am transitioning and was interested in this new potential and thought I might transition to full-time if it was a good fit. If it was not a good fit, I was perfectly open to hearing that. I have never had a one-on-one interview and then no follow-up. I found it incredibly unprofessional as well as rude
