I was contacted via email and asked to schedule a FaceTime interview a few days later. The interview was about 10 minutes long. Although the job was described as a design position it was really a sales position in disguise. I never received any kind of contact afterwards to let me know I was not selected.

Easygoing. The staff was very kind, on time and receptive. The showroom was very well merchandised. The store overall is gorgeous and parking is easy. The overall process was quick and good.

Phone interview with recruiter, then quick video interview with regional manager. Most of my coworkers had in-person interviews, but that wouldn't work with my work schedule. Once I explained the schedule issues, they were willing to work around them.

Simple and very straightforward, pretty much ask you about your drive and interests and why you want to be a part of the team. You just have to sell yourself and discuss the want to improve clients lives!
