Started with a phone interview from a recruiter. Followed up with an in person interview with the store manager. They asked about past work experiences. How I would handle certain situations with customers or with other team members.
The interview was smooth and was a 3 round process. You will meet with a recruiter, store manager, and the regional manager. The recruiter is an initial phone screening but be prepared with question and background for 2 and 3

Their phone interview was a pretty basic screening process. It was a little confusing that the girl I was speaking to said that she accidentally declined my application and then I was never spoken to again.
