I applied online. I interviewed at Arhaus (Riverside, CA) in Apr 2024
Interview
I received a call a couple days after submitting my resume. The first phone contact was exceptional, and I was scheduled for an in-person interview. I arrived for the second meeting excited. I had done my homework. I left surprised. The interviewer did not interview or ask questions. He/she spoke for the first 20 minutes about his/her expectations, in a very impersonal way. I found an opportunity to share information I should have been asked for. I was told I would hear from the next person "next" week. That week passed. I never hear back, so I accepted another position and withdrew my interest.
