AriensCo Engineering interview questions

Applied online to a couple open engineering positions. Did not hear anything back for almost two months before the recruiter reached out to set up a phone screening. Phone screen was pretty straight forward with general questions. After the phone screening with the recruiter I did not hear anything from them except for when I reached out for any updates and there weren't any, but was still in process. A little over a month after the phone screen I received the automated email saying I was no longer in consideration for one of the positions. After waiting another month I received another automated message saying I was no longer in consideration for the other position. In total the whole process took a little over 4 months with little to no communication on their end.
