Staff lacked technical understanding of the role they are hiring for and seemed more concerned that it was late in the day for a meeting that THEY scheduled. A lot of uninteresting "why" questions, and a noticeable lack of professionalism (someones phone was constantly going off during the meeting). I wouldn't recommend spending any time preparing for an interview with them because they definitely do not spend any time preparing themselves.
