First there was an HR chat where they ask you about your background and why you are interested in Aritzia. After the recruiter call they do an actual interview. Good communication during the process

Interview
Straightforward set of 1 phone interview with HR, 1 interview with direct manager, and 1 interview with step level manager (director I believe). Overall was fairly casual, normal questions covering my interest in the role, past experience, and education.
