Aritzia Boutique Associate interview questions

Interview was so quick, less than 15 minutes. There were several other candidates waiting with me, and arriving/leaving before and after me. Seemed like they were just cycling through as many interviews as possible within a few hours. They also said during the interview, if they don't move forward with your candidacy you will not be hearing from them at all. Just felt very icky.

Meet and greet is really a vibe check. Treat it as a conversation more than an interview and really try to connect with the interviewer on a personal level. Be sure to come dressed in an outift that matches the aesthetic of aritzia.
