I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aritzia (Edmonton, AB) in Jun 2025
Interview
Easy. Meet and greet style outside of store. Important to know why you want to work at Aritzia and what your favourite pieces are. Come dressed to impress. Doesnt have to be aritzia but look up how people at aritzia dress and try to go along those lines “elevated chic”
Asked the basic questions about myself and then asked who are my fashion inspirations. They also asked me customer based situations and how I would response. Definitely also teamwork questions.

Question 1
What would you do in so and so situation with a customer
I was interviewed in the middle of the store on the poufs during a very busy rush of customers. During the interview, expect to be in the middle of it all!
Mostly a “vibe check” — maybe a few basic interview questions but mostly want to see if your personality and fashion align with the brand. Only real tip is to dress fashionably in your own personal style, and try to wear mostly Aritzia pieces.
