super easy and fun! the hiring manager asked a situational question. really big on personal style and how you present yourself. it was only 20 minutes so pretty pain free and i heard back within a week.
Interviewed for seasonal BA position at Aritzia. First one was with a recruiter for a general meet-and-greet which lasted around 30 minutes, where questions asked were about yourself, company knowledge (what do you know about Aritzia, why Aritzia, favourite brand within company). Second interview was with store manager to talk about yourself and how you see yourself fit in the company.
Straight forward, was comfortable answering questions. We talked about fashion, scheduling, availability. Interviewer was super great about answering any of my questions. The meet ran for about 15 minutes and did not feel abrupt.
