The whole interview process was very smooth and detail-oriented, including a simulation test to check my abilities. I had my first interview with conceirge head and then with the HR manager.

3 interview
- 15 minute call (very to the point, questions on if you can legally work, time of frame/shifts/training availability/ past experiences and personal style)
- technical test (using the platform it assesses your ability to serve clients)
- in-person (behavioural/ situational questions)
