3 step process for interview. First is a short phone interview with recruiter. Second is a zoom interview with HR and a manager (may be direct reporting manager in the role.) Third is a case assessment and presentation in person to the DC Manager and two other managers at higher functions. Case assessment details are sent 2-3 days before presentation to allow time to put together case.
