Initial 15 minute connect to get an overview of past experience in merchandising and retail. Very fast paced and it was held just outside of the store. I ended up meeting with a another manager after first meeting with an assistant manager.

I applied on a Saturday, received an email on a Monday that gave a date and a time to show up between (ie May 15 between 12-2) for a brief 5-minute meet and greet. Boy was it brief. I don't understand how you can get to know anyone in that short amount of time. I was informed right away that there were actually NO open managerial roles. Apparently they keep all of the roles listed at all times, so beware when applying. I wish I would have known that and not wasted my time. I drove 40 minutes for this "interview" for there to not even be an opportunity. The interviewer was very kind but said Sales Associate roles would be the only thing available right now.

Two rounds, one with district manager and one with store manager. I was not interviewing for the position I had applied for as they just leave ads up to "get talent". The actual position was Styling Associate. Basic questions about experience, including working to KPIs.
