Interview
I was contacted by a HR associate. Round 1 was a brief phone call, mainly chatting about the brand. Round 2 was a very casual/friendly interview via video chat. Paperwork was sent via email shortly after. I think they want to make sure you fit the brand/are stylish, experience is nice but not necessary. The overall experience was pleasant, like a speed date or casual chat more than an interview. They like to conduct in person interviews at their store so be prepared to talk while people are shopping/trying on clothes behind you.

I applied online at their site on the 17th, didnt hear anything til the 14th of the next month. They invited me to a "Meet and Greet" Interview and I was directed to email the hiring manager. Hiring manager didnt get back to me until a week later, where we then arranged the interview. I came in and waited, whole interview last about 10 minutes.

How do you handle pressure/busy hours? How do you handle multiple customers coming to you at once? What would you do if you had car troubles/an emergency near an upcoming shift? How would upsell products?

Interview
Pretty laid back, asked about availability, why aritzia, how to deal with conflict. I interviewed with a general associate first and she took notes, then took me to see the higher up manager to speak with her.
The interview went well, and interviewer was very nice. We just sat outside the store in the mall. Was super short around 15min. I applied around March and only heard back after May to sign up for an interview slot. Haven't heard back yet.
