I was approached by a Recruiter about a specific opportunity on the Talent Acquisition team. I interviewed for the role and had a really positive experience in my first interview. During that meeting, I was introduced to the Head of TA and was told I would receive follow up within a week. The Recruiter ended up telling me they wanted someone with more experience for that specific role, but that something at my level may be opening up in the near future. The Recruiter was so on top of keeping me updated on this potential opening. She sent me a couple notes to give me status updates over the next few weeks and was so friendly and professional throughout the process. I really felt like she had my best interest in mind. I ended up coming in a second time when I got word that a suitable role became available, and was offered the position right away, and signed on within the next few days. Overall, I was so impressed by the recruiter's follow up and professionalism, and the friendly demeanor of everyone I met throughout the process.
