The interview lasted less than 10 minutes. Not one question was asked about my experiences or how I could contribute to the roll. I was quite unimpressed by the process and could tell immediately I was not to their "look" ethnicity wise. (I am not even a minority!) If this is the type of culture Aritzia breeds, STAY AWAY.

Was a very casual & comfortable first meet that lasted over an hour with an open & transparent dialogue. Interviewer was really kind & down to earth & was a very enjoyable experience

Went to Head Office to meet with recruiter who emailed me after applying via glassdoor
The worst part of the interview was that apparently they weren't looking for anyone to hire and if something came up she would let me know.
The position is still posted months after the interview.
I asked a lot of questions myself since the interview had no direction like what are you looking for in a candidate? And to summarize what a district manager is responsible at aritzia?
Her answers were fluff and hot air at best.
