Had to go to a location for in-person interview (meet and greet).The interview process was very quick and straightforward. After applying, I received an email invitation to schedule a 15-minute in-person "Meet and Greet" with the talent acquisition team. They provide a self-serve booking link to choose your own time slot, but you have to act fast because they fill up quickly. The evening before the interview, they send a helpful reminder email that includes specific arrival and building security instructions. They also make it clear that if you've already attended a recent hiring event at one of their boutiques, you don't need to attend this one.

The interview process is smooth and casual. You will be directed to the store manager, who will conduct your casual interview. It lasts 15-20 minutes, starting from your overall experience, then retail experience, and a behaviorial question and at last they will ask for your availability.

The interviewer was 15min late to interview me and didn’t make eye contact as I gave my answers. The interview went by fairly quick and the questions were simple to answer.
