I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aritzia (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2017
Interview
This is by far the worst interview I have experienced in my life. The thing is I read the Glassdoor review in preparation for this interview with the lady. Unfortunately, I experienced the same and the blonde lady was rude. I commuted and took a taxi (from and to) the small office for an interview in downtown toronto. I wasted my money and time. I arrived early with confidence. All of a sudden, I received an emailed from her saying that she is going to be late. So I waited in the the lounge/ room. So unprofessional. The interview was not even 5 minutes. She asked simple and easy questions but when I respond to her questions, she has a weird stare, and tends to have little to no eye contact. She does not even smile- a blunt look. I can tell she is very uninterested. I have never posted a negative review before. So for those who is considering working for this company, please think again! This lady thinks she is entitled but she is not. Based on the review from here and what I have read, a lot of people experienced the same. I know this particular lady who everyone is talking about. It is crazy but my friend also experienced this too. I love Aritzia but I do not recommend the hiring lady.

Interview
I applied online at their site on the 17th, didnt hear anything til the 14th of the next month. They invited me to a "Meet and Greet" Interview and I was directed to email the hiring manager. Hiring manager didnt get back to me until a week later, where we then arranged the interview. I came in and waited, whole interview last about 10 minutes.

I applied online. I interviewed at Aritzia (New York, NY) in Jun 2026
Interview
Pretty laid back, asked about availability, why aritzia, how to deal with conflict. I interviewed with a general associate first and she took notes, then took me to see the higher up manager to speak with her.
The interview went well, and interviewer was very nice. We just sat outside the store in the mall. Was super short around 15min. I applied around March and only heard back after May to sign up for an interview slot. Haven't heard back yet.
