Interview
Applied online, then in stores. Did not hear anything for a while. Ended up getting referred by a close friend, which eventually lead to an interview in store. The store manager met with me briefly, then asked me very simple interview questions to see if I was the right fit for the store. Ended up filling out on-boarding and new hire paperwork by the end of the interview.
Asked the basic questions about myself and then asked who are my fashion inspirations. They also asked me customer based situations and how I would response. Definitely also teamwork questions.

What would you do in so and so situation with a customer
I was interviewed in the middle of the store on the poufs during a very busy rush of customers. During the interview, expect to be in the middle of it all!
Mostly a “vibe check” — maybe a few basic interview questions but mostly want to see if your personality and fashion align with the brand. Only real tip is to dress fashionably in your own personal style, and try to wear mostly Aritzia pieces.
