Was contacted by email and given specific days and times to choose from to go to the interview location . Fairly quick and easy process, had a small line up. Brought my resume and interview took around 5 minutes.

the process was straightforward, asks about your past experiences and how your skills would benefit the company. also asked a few situational questions. pretty easy overall, didn't require much preparation

If your app is approved, you get an invitation to schedule an interview in person, you are asked to bring a resume & direct deposit form so I assume candidates that are chosen are hired on the spot
