Applied online during the summer. Received an email the next day to come down to the regional office in Richmond Hill. The first room in the building was empty so I went upstairs looking for anyone on the management team. Eventually I was engaged in conversation with a young woman who asked me questions such as do I read any magazines or blogs to keep up with trends; what are my favourite and least favourite trends this season; and other basic questions concerning school, hobbies, and my future. The interview was short and sweet. Got a callback the following week for a second interview at Yorkdale.

I applied online at their site on the 17th, didnt hear anything til the 14th of the next month. They invited me to a "Meet and Greet" Interview and I was directed to email the hiring manager. Hiring manager didnt get back to me until a week later, where we then arranged the interview. I came in and waited, whole interview last about 10 minutes.

How do you handle pressure/busy hours? How do you handle multiple customers coming to you at once? What would you do if you had car troubles/an emergency near an upcoming shift? How would upsell products?

Interview
Pretty laid back, asked about availability, why aritzia, how to deal with conflict. I interviewed with a general associate first and she took notes, then took me to see the higher up manager to speak with her.
The interview went well, and interviewer was very nice. We just sat outside the store in the mall. Was super short around 15min. I applied around March and only heard back after May to sign up for an interview slot. Haven't heard back yet.
