I applied online through sending in my resume and cover letter, I received an email a week after to meet with the Aritzia job recruiter for the first interview (her name is Hannah and she is such a lovely person) at the store location I applied for. She emailed me a couple days after for a follow up interview with the DM (district manager) where I did the second interview again at the same store location. The second interview was much more difficult, the DM is quite specific in the kind of answers she's looking for.
If you really want the job, here's a tip: mention about how you want to improve your sales experience. For me, I told them I wanted to pursue pharmaceutical sales as my career path and believed that a 'high end' retail establishment like Aritzia could give me the right tools for selling and understanding customer needs.

Asked the basic questions about myself and then asked who are my fashion inspirations. They also asked me customer based situations and how I would response. Definitely also teamwork questions.

I was interviewed in the middle of the store on the poufs during a very busy rush of customers. During the interview, expect to be in the middle of it all!
