Interview
The interview process went pretty well. I applied online and got back an email to come in for a 15 session for a "Meet and Greet" about a week and a half later. I was really excited just because ive always wanted to work here. I came in, it went pretty smoothley we had the interview just outside of Aritzia store at Eaton. The girl was really sweet. She really only asked me two questions "Tell me about yourself" and "why aritzia". Thats the questions I was expecting so I answered very camley and I thought I was doing well until the end when she told me thanks and said theyll call me for a responce in a couple weeks or even a month just because they have alot of staff right now. And thats when I knew shes not calling me back because thats not really what you say to someone who got the job. Its been a week so far no call or email im still hoping I get news soon.
Asked the basic questions about myself and then asked who are my fashion inspirations. They also asked me customer based situations and how I would response. Definitely also teamwork questions.

What would you do in so and so situation with a customer
I was interviewed in the middle of the store on the poufs during a very busy rush of customers. During the interview, expect to be in the middle of it all!
Mostly a “vibe check” — maybe a few basic interview questions but mostly want to see if your personality and fashion align with the brand. Only real tip is to dress fashionably in your own personal style, and try to wear mostly Aritzia pieces.
