Interview
Honestly, if you are about to have an interview at Aritzia, DO NOT STRESS IT. The key to this interview is to dress well, and fit in with the Aritzia style. Before the interview I visited the store a few times to get an idea of how I should dress. I ended up showing up in a good outfit, and it was fluid from there. I simply approached the cashier and asked for the hiring manager, then after being directed to her, I quickly introduced myself. Easiest interview I have ever went through. She simply asked the question, "What kinds of things do you like doing, tell me about you." and we had a casual conversation-style interview. From there we chatted about a few things that we had in common. It was simply like having a conversation with a friend. In the midst of the conversation she simply handed me hiring papers and asked when I would like to get started. Easy as that. The only thing I regret about this interview was stressing over it. Generally, as long as you look the part and you are good with making casual conversation, you've got the job!

I applied online. I interviewed at Aritzia (New York, NY) in Jun 2026
Interview
Pretty laid back, asked about availability, why aritzia, how to deal with conflict. I interviewed with a general associate first and she took notes, then took me to see the higher up manager to speak with her.
The interview went well, and interviewer was very nice. We just sat outside the store in the mall. Was super short around 15min. I applied around March and only heard back after May to sign up for an interview slot. Haven't heard back yet.
