Interview
Came into HQ, sat in the office until I was called. I went in, and was asked for my resume. Once the it was looked over I was asked about my most recent employer and what my responsibilities were there. I talk a lot so I went on and on, and afterwards, I was asked the "Why Aritzia?" question. Answered it to the best of my abilities and was offered the job on the spot.

I applied online at their site on the 17th, didnt hear anything til the 14th of the next month. They invited me to a "Meet and Greet" Interview and I was directed to email the hiring manager. Hiring manager didnt get back to me until a week later, where we then arranged the interview. I came in and waited, whole interview last about 10 minutes.

Tell me about yourself. Why Aritzia? What are your long term goals (relating to here)? Do you have sales experience? Do you have styling experience? Whats your availability? Available on weekends? How do you handle pressure/busy hours? How do you handle multiple customers coming to you at once? What would you do if you had car troubles/an emergency near an upcoming shift? How would upsell products?

Interview
Pretty laid back, asked about availability, why aritzia, how to deal with conflict. I interviewed with a general associate first and she took notes, then took me to see the higher up manager to speak with her.
The interview went well, and interviewer was very nice. We just sat outside the store in the mall. Was super short around 15min. I applied around March and only heard back after May to sign up for an interview slot. Haven't heard back yet.
