I was instructed to come in on a day where it seemed like multiple ladies were being interviewed one after another. We were told to dress like ourselves to show off our personal style. This meant that from the second you walked in, the current employees would be judging your outfit (though sometimes you feel like they're doing that to everyone else anyway). It took the interviewer about 20 minutes to get to me, so I had to browse around the store while waiting.
When we sat down, she asked standard questions about my personal style and my favourite brand(s) at Aritzia. It wasn't a challenging interview, nothing out of the ordinary was asked.
Asked the basic questions about myself and then asked who are my fashion inspirations. They also asked me customer based situations and how I would response. Definitely also teamwork questions.
