Interview
Interviewed first with "Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM)" then Senior Designer (SD) (who was 20 mins late). Lasted for over 2 hours - kept plugging parking meter. TAM said she would call in 3 days to answer my questions. Did not get a call. SD went through about 90 pages of their drawings then spent about 3 min. on my drawings. The interview seemed more about Aritzia than about me.

Asked if I objected to the following "quirky" things about the company: Mandatory 45-hour work week (no mention of overtime pay); ALL staff have to work in the retail stores during busy times, only stat holidays off, no extra time at Christmas, etc.
