Interview
I applied online for a position as a sales associate and got a phone interview a month or two later. The phone interview basically consisted of questions about the company so it is important that you know about the brands that they carry. They also want to know that you are very fashion conscious so you should know alot about current trends in fashion. I was scheduled for an in-store interview 2 weeks later with a manager and the interviewer was very pleasant and relaxed and we spoke for about 45 mins. At the time she was hiring however I was looking for part-time work and she needed full-time committment but I think if I had been able to work full-time I would have been hired. Overall it was a good experience, my main piece of advice is to be friendly, outgoing and very fashionable. Dress for the interview as you would on your first day of working there and be sure to bring focus to the fact that you can really SELL clothes. Sales are a very important aspect to the job.

I applied online at their site on the 17th, didnt hear anything til the 14th of the next month. They invited me to a "Meet and Greet" Interview and I was directed to email the hiring manager. Hiring manager didnt get back to me until a week later, where we then arranged the interview. I came in and waited, whole interview last about 10 minutes.

Interview
Pretty laid back, asked about availability, why aritzia, how to deal with conflict. I interviewed with a general associate first and she took notes, then took me to see the higher up manager to speak with her.
The interview went well, and interviewer was very nice. We just sat outside the store in the mall. Was super short around 15min. I applied around March and only heard back after May to sign up for an interview slot. Haven't heard back yet.
