I applied through their careers section, I’ve gotten a text message to choose my interview date for that same week. The interview felt rushed, didn’t care to actually listen and just gave me closed off responses. She just basically asked me the basic questions likes tell me about yourself, your previous position, why did I leave my previous job, why do I want to work at aritzia, how would I help a customer out, what my style was, my favorite brand that Aritzia carry’s, etc. I then got to talk to manager which I gotten along with she engaged in the conversation more and asked me if I would like to work as a different position which I accepted. I’ve never gotten a response back after that interview.

Asked the basic questions about myself and then asked who are my fashion inspirations. They also asked me customer based situations and how I would response. Definitely also teamwork questions.

I was interviewed in the middle of the store on the poufs during a very busy rush of customers. During the interview, expect to be in the middle of it all!
