It was a very casual experience. I did a Zoom interview with a hiring manager and then was interviewed at the store location with the store manager. They both asked about my personal experience with style, team work, empathy, and critical thinking.

Asked the basic questions about myself and then asked who are my fashion inspirations. They also asked me customer based situations and how I would response. Definitely also teamwork questions.

I was interviewed in the middle of the store on the poufs during a very busy rush of customers. During the interview, expect to be in the middle of it all!
