Interview
The interview for a simple entry level job was quite easy. However there was a practical exam, which was part of the interview process. Essentially, they assessed your way of thinking or approach in a hypothetical situation. They would give you different case scenarios and ask you to write up a mock email based on the customers request.

Question 1
I can't remember the exact question but they asked me how I would advise a client asking for a refund on an item which went on sale after she purchased it (refund the difference).
I went in and they were judging me. Saw me once and already rejected me. Did the interview and the whole time she was on her phone and very inattentive.

Interview
The first interviewer asked a few basic questions and situational based questions and then I was later interviewed by the manager, she asked similar situational based questions and made me complete an online simulation.

Very simple and chill, the interviewer made us comfortable and made sure we understand everything about the role, they gauged our personalities as well. Overall, had an amazing opportunity to get the interview and a bit dissappointed about not getting the offer
