I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aritzia (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was contacted through LinkedIn. I reviewed the posting and I respond to the recruiter that I'm interested. I was then received a quick 1/2 hour phone call to verified if I'm still interested. The recruiter also explained a bit about the position during the call. I have in-person interview afterward with recruiter for half hour and another 1/2 hour with hiring manager. The interview process is simple. Recruiter is very professional. After the interview, I was contacted within 5 business days that I'm not a candidate that they are looking for. The whole interview process takes less than 3 weeks.

Question 1
The questions are standard interview questions. Why are you interested? Why are you leaving? Tell me your work experience.
Disrespectful to people's times and efforts. I went through multiple interviews and was not offered a position in the end. I accepted the results but when asked for feedback, HR responds with "there is nothing more I can share with you". A more authentic and generic response would have been much appreciated after asking someone to jump through 4 rounds of interviews.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Aritzia (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Three stage interview, first two stages went amazing but the last stage was a presentation. I couldn’t shake the feeling that the manager did not like my former employer because she would say things like, “well maybe that’s how it’s done at X but we don’t do that here.”
