I was informed by the recruiter to go for meet and greet. She was having her break while she was supposed to interview me! Anyways she finally showed up after 10 minutes waiting. She had a look at me from head to toe with a dirty look to see what I was wearing which was pretty embarrassing. I already knew that she was not going to hire me because when she was asking questions about me she seemed pretty distracted and was not actually listening to my answers! Literally they will judge you by your ethnicity and style( not wearing aritzia trends) not your personality or skills.
Overall,the interview was very easy.

I applied online at their site on the 17th, didnt hear anything til the 14th of the next month. They invited me to a "Meet and Greet" Interview and I was directed to email the hiring manager. Hiring manager didnt get back to me until a week later, where we then arranged the interview. I came in and waited, whole interview last about 10 minutes.

How do you handle pressure/busy hours? How do you handle multiple customers coming to you at once? What would you do if you had car troubles/an emergency near an upcoming shift? How would upsell products?

Interview
Pretty laid back, asked about availability, why aritzia, how to deal with conflict. I interviewed with a general associate first and she took notes, then took me to see the higher up manager to speak with her.
The interview went well, and interviewer was very nice. We just sat outside the store in the mall. Was super short around 15min. I applied around March and only heard back after May to sign up for an interview slot. Haven't heard back yet.
