Interview
The interview was very informal. I got a text from one of their members of the Talent Acquisition team in the AM asking to meet me later that day. We had the interview on some benches in the mall, and she didn't hardly ask me any business or professional experience related questions. She mostly just wanted to get to know me; it was like a friendly conversation that lasted no more than 20 minutes. I got offered the position the next day.
Asked the basic questions about myself and then asked who are my fashion inspirations. They also asked me customer based situations and how I would response. Definitely also teamwork questions.

What would you do in so and so situation with a customer
I was interviewed in the middle of the store on the poufs during a very busy rush of customers. During the interview, expect to be in the middle of it all!
Mostly a “vibe check” — maybe a few basic interview questions but mostly want to see if your personality and fashion align with the brand. Only real tip is to dress fashionably in your own personal style, and try to wear mostly Aritzia pieces.
