Pretty straightforward interview process. Asks basic interview questions about how you work with a team and with clients. After interview with hiring manager, you meet with the store manager and then talk to the district manager.

I had the opportunity to go to their hiring events. I made sure to go twice just to make sure that I was seen by both managers so I could get a feel for the environment. They were both lovely, and honestly, if you just be yourself and dress for the job you want, that's all I can say that helped me through the process. They may ask you how you would describe your style! But remember you are also interviewing them, so ask them a bunch of questions too:)
Pretty relaxed and straight-forward; very friendly staff and warm interview environment. The communication is incredibly efficient and lets you know every detail of the process. Would definitely recommend to others.
