Recruiter call (30mins), HM interview (30min), in office presentation round (1 hour), collaboration interview. Recruiter was 7 mins late to the call and didn't provide any updates for 2 weeks before I followed up

Tell me about yourself, Why do you think you're a good fit for this role?
The interview was very a informal one-on-one in an empty office and lasted about 40 minutes. All questions were around prior experience...no questions around management style, strengths & weaknesses etc. I was advised that there were thoughts about changing the scope of the posted position. Received feedback from HR recruiter 2 business days after the interview.
