1) First round: HR interview with Talent Acquisition
2) Second round: Take home case assessment + subsequent presentation of the case to hiring manager(s)
3) Last round: Final interview with VP
The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Aritzia (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Interview process was slow, taking months to complete and met with 5 people on 5 different occasions. I realized later this was because they are not only slow to make decisions, but because they continued to have change in leadership as well.
