the interview was a 20 min interview on zoom, asked mainly behavioural questions, knowledge of company history and situational questions. Ideally, they are looking for people who are passionate about working at the company and have good work ethic.

Interview
Several interviews with Hiring Department / Human Resources, then with Risk department and finally with Risk enterprise management. Good interviews but lengthy process. Questions were about company values, fit and style.

What do you know about Aritzia and their company values?
The interview process was straightforward, simple and easy. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to and the overall process did not take long. There were two interviews in total, one with someone from HR and then the store manager.
