Smooth but specific experience. They asked very detailed questions and you have to know the different brands very well. They seem overall very nice but the working environment as some reviewed is high pressure and toxic.

Question 1
What my understanding of the brand culture is like.
Interviewed for seasonal BA position at Aritzia. First one was with a recruiter for a general meet-and-greet which lasted around 30 minutes, where questions asked were about yourself, company knowledge (what do you know about Aritzia, why Aritzia, favourite brand within company). Second interview was with store manager to talk about yourself and how you see yourself fit in the company.
Straight forward, was comfortable answering questions. We talked about fashion, scheduling, availability. Interviewer was super great about answering any of my questions. The meet ran for about 15 minutes and did not feel abrupt.
