Casual Conversation, sitting in the store with recruiter. I found it strange to be in the store and what appeared to be quite casual, was pretty cutthroat. The questions were cutting and my answers (esp asking for more than minimum wage) was pretty telling

How would u describe Aritzia to someone who knows nothing about it?
Short and sweet. HR was really kind. They’re really flexible with your schedule and compensation. I had an internship at the time and they were totally cool with it. Depending on your background, they will help you reach higher and new positions.
