The interview went in two phases; a meet and greet, which was an informal interview in order for the hiring manager to get a "vibe check" and a second interview which is much like any other retail store interview.

An informal chat in a store with a recruiter. Basic questions about why you applied to the role, why Aritzia, etc. with a couple behavioural questions. Also, know your availability and desired wage. The recruiter was very friendly, but I didn't make it to the hiring manager round.
Straightforward and felt like an average conversation. Asked about experience and how I would deal with certain situations in store. A good balance between personal and professional questions. No need to worry at all.
