Interview
Initial interview with HR and a second interview with a Project Manager. I believe the next step in the interview is a case study presentation and more questions with a Director. Very friendly and good communication overall.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience? How would you handle an unhappy stakeholder?

Interview
The first round is over the phone with the recruiter where you're prescreened and asked about your experience. Second is usually with a manager which was scheduled fairly quickly. When I arrived for the in-person interview the room booked for the interview wasn't available so we walked around the office for a while searching for a room, then we got into a room where I sat for 20mins with the recruiter again chatting about the exact same things we did over the phone and she kept asking if I had any questions which at this point I didn't since nothing was really discussed about any specifics and the few questions I asked the recruiter said she didn't know and would be better to ask the person that was going to be interviewing me.
After the 20min mark, the recruiter revealed the person interviewing me was not available which was fairly obvious the second I arrived and she probably was already aware of and attempted to cover it up, so I ended up leaving and not actually having the interview. About a week later I got an email from the recruiter and she said they needed someone with more fashion experience for a PM position for IT projects. So it was overall a very weird experience and I wasted a lot of time getting there and back for having not actually been interviewed. It was a fairly disorganized process so make sure you adjust your expectations and don't expect too much in terms of clarity on what the process is or next steps. I got the vibe that definitely style matters over substance so I think that definitely factors into it.

Interview
I applied for another position and the recruiter contacted me to interview for another role more suitable to my qualifications. No specific details were given regarding the interview process other than it is a very lengthy process. The first interview was a pre-screen with the recruiter to see if you are a good fit for the company and position. This process felt like they were judgmental based on looks and whether you were willing to dedicate - minimum of 45 hrs per week (even during major holiday black-out periods). They make it known that working there consists of very long hours even during holidays which does not work for some people.
