There was no formal interview process, like most jobs, I got the position because I knew people who worked there. The Manager had me bring by a resume and spoke to me briefly in person.

The manager had me bring a resume by the store, and briefly met me. Mostly to see if I was a weirdo or not and get a feel for whether or not I would get along with other people who worked there.
