After you accept an offer you will have to attend an all-day orientation on the Tempe campus. Orientations will be twice a month, typically on Mondays. Straight forward and honest! I felt like the approach was very professional. They were genuinely interested in my skills and background. I wish more organizations were able to treat potential employees like it was more than a command performance. I was very impressed.
