Email notification of selection for interview, followed by initial phone screening by prospective manager and one of her counterparts, with final in person interview conducted by the same two individuals along with two prospective peers. In person interview consisted of standard behavioral type questions and took less than one hour to complete. Rapport with interviewers was immediate. Only negative was having to pay for parking, but this is standard for all visitors, staff, & students.
