I applied online, was sent an email with a few questions, and completed a phone interview over Zoom. I was on the call with 6 people but only 2 introduced themselves or spoke during the call. They told me the call was being recorded and then went straight into questions. They asked very simple questions I had already answered and when it came to my questions, they did not have much information to give me. I withdrew my application when I got off the call but I was still contacted to schedule a final interview. Given the lack of communication, transparency, and friendliness I would never consider a position with the Tempe campus team I interviewed with and recommend that others do not.
