I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arizona State University (Tempe, AZ) in Dec 2014
Interview
One on one with the supervisor of the tutoring center. Was inside the supervisor's office to it was laid back yet still professional. I never felt uncomfortable or attacked during the interview, and the supervisor was friendly to me the whole time. Unfortunately setting up the interview and getting the correct time and date took a while because of slow email responses, but once in it was a breeze.
