The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arm

      Interview

The communication about the interview is a bit mess, I provided my availability but didn't get any feedback so I had to send a reminder and then they told me they couldn't meet during that period of time due to travelling, finally the series of interviews got scheduled different stakeholders lined up but just after the first interview with one peer, not the hiring manager, they told me all the following interviews were off without any further feedback but during the interview, the interviewer was showing very positive response of next steps. The hiring experience to me is not efficient and not as open and clear as they claimed.
