Two rounds of interviews - one with hiring manager and one with the hiring manager and the Director of FP&A The first round was competency based - more like a chat of your previous experience etc Second round was based on a financial modelling, they sent you the file beforehand and ask you to be prepared for it, then they spent 40min asking you questions around the modelling to see how good you are with financial modelling
